1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using SweatPass (“the Application”), developed by Codenexx (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.
2. Physical Exercise & Medical Disclaimer
SweatPass is designed to encourage physical movement and digital wellbeing. However, physical exercises (including push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks) may carry inherent risk of injury.
You should consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before initiating any new workout regimen. If you experience dizziness, sharp pain, or shortness of breath during an exercise unlock, stop immediately. SweatPass provides alternative cognitive brain puzzle modalities that do not require physical exertion.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
SweatPass offers both free features and optional premium upgrades (SweatPass Pro / Lifetime). Payments are processed through Apple App Store (In-App Purchases) or Google Play Billing according to standard platform terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
